Just enjoying a snowy Saturday morning. There's nothing quite like a day ahead of us with no plans, nothing scheduled, no one across the Atlantic, and no major homework looming. If I were being completely frank, I would have to disclose that there is most likely a nap in my future. We may even throw caution to the wind and watch a movie tonight! I've been wanting to see Captain Phillips (about the Somali pirate attack - remember that?)...
I was an adult last night and joined some friends for dinner at the Four Seasons and then a production of Mama Mia. It was the first time I'd ever seen it - although I have the music memorized of course, like a good American. It was really good! Very energetic and very well done!
I love how in Denver there can be 57 inches of snow on the ground, with it still falling, and they don't cancel school (#sarcasm). Not that I'm complaining! Not that I already want to start missing work, what with it being only my second day and all! But it's the principle of it. (Pun! School? Principle? Bu-dum-bum.)

The slightly more entertaining wall after:
The pictures are all food-related and we are going to switch them out as we get more funny food pics of friends and family. I got the frames on clearance at Target; I like how they add a bit of color and sort of look like plates.
Next I'd like to start on the guest bathroom. But not this weekend. Now it's time to just sit around.
Happy Saturday, peeps!
love the new frames! as usural
