Before
After
It was about a thousand times harder and more time consuming than I had expected. Mostly because I had to paint around everything, and the space is so small I felt like some sort of circus act, maneuvering my way around in there, wielding a paint brush and all. BUT! All's well that ends well. I like how the white appliances "pop" in contrast with the dark wall.
Now we have a decent looking guest bathroom for the peeps coming to visit us this spring. I bought this small cart to fill with extra toiletries and to serve as storage for guests. It fits nicely into the small space.
Next up: the guest room (or the "side room"). I need to add a few aesthetic touches, and we are thinking about buying a sofa bed so our poor guests don't have to endure an air mattress (or the floor, like A-peep!!!! True friend!!!)
It feels good to be making progress again. This Type A is happy.
