The implants are confused

So they called for "blizzard-like" conditions in the Denver area starting overnight and continuing throughout the day.  A bunch of us in the office made plans to work from home and took all sorts of precautions.  G even stayed in a hotel last night.

And I woke up to this:

Um?  What?  That's like, nothing.

Granted, it's pure ice because it's like 10 degrees outside, but...

As I type, it's beginning to snow much harder.  But still.  It's also supposed to continue all day.  But still.

The Colorado implants don't know what to do in a situation like this.  I feel like I should get out and brave this, but the local news keeps saying to only go out if it's an emergency. ???  And then there are still some nights that the wind blows so hard it's all I can do not to camp out in the closet, and I can see people nonchalantly walking their dogs outside.  ???

There must be some Colorado Insider's Code that has not been revealed to me yet.

Orca has decided to relax and wait it out, so I guess that's what I'll do too.

  1. Well if it's anything like Florida, it will only take about 12 years to figure out the locals.
