Coola

Today we took a quick bus ride to a neighboring town called Pula (POOH-luh), which is the capital of Istria, the administrative area of Croatia that we are in.  I ended that sentence with a preposition because that's what happens when I'm 5,000 miles from school.  Online or not.  Daily homework or not.

OMG, peeps, it was so cool.  This Roman colosseum was built in the first century A.D. and is one of the 5 best-preserved colosseums left in the world.  They still use it for live events and asked me to perform but I was like, not to be rude but I'm on vacay, people.  Boundaries.

I can't even take the history.  It was unbelievable, to just walk around in something built so long ago that has lasted...

I must take a nap and process it.
