Quick Catch Up

The introverts have run out of words.  In between hosting the in-laws and taking on 5,000 new students, we have lost our ability to formulate thoughts and express them verbally.

The blog, however, can be done!

Cooking a killer dinner...

A little tequila never hurt anyone.  (I don't have any shot glasses, so it's all about the wine glasses over here.)

The weather has been a little hit and miss, but we managed to show off Red Rocks to the in-laws yesterday, followed by a Tex Mex lunch at The Morrison Inn (code for: more tequila).

G and his dad are both baseball fans, so we had to do a Rockies game.  I gotta hand it to Denver - it just doesn't get better than sitting in a beautiful stadium, staring at the mountains and enjoying the breeze.  Oh!  And the game was pretty good, too!

In other news, I had my TA Orientation the other day.  It's really happening!  And I am figuring out how to manage all these tutoring sessions (read: 9,000 hours of planning).  It's not a bad way to spend a summer. 

But.

My summer class starts on Monday.  **sigh**

And I need to get my butt in gear for an upcoming 5K...
