Time for Resolutions

To continue my goal harping of late, it's time to mention that there are only 21 days left in 2013.  Forget what you had planned for this year (unless you want the joy of reflecting.  Hello, Type A's!  I'm looking at you.) and focus on next year.  365 whole days to work toward a better you, whatever that means.  Forward motion, people.

A few goals of mine met this year

Surprise Gama
Explore CO

Enough said
Fall Brunch
Taming the beast

So far I have three pages of goals for 2014.  Such as…

*  Survive my first MA class
*  Continue to explore CO
*  Turn Lucy Loo into a cuddle bug
*  Continue to read for fun when I become overwhelmed with work and school
*  Lose 400 pounds
*  Nail down a TA position in the English department
*  Take a Big 2014 Vacation
*  Stick to our new budget
*  Win the lottery

The point is, start thinking and reflecting now about what you want next year.  Don't wait until January 1 - that's actually when you start on them.

What are some of your resolutions?
