The best kind of weekend involves a good friend and good food. Really, nothing else is needed except wine.
Yesterday we explored 16th street. It's a must-see since this is her third trip to Denver. And really, the whole sight-seeing thing was just a ruse to get us to Larimer Street so we could explore the awesome restaurants.

I really wanted to take A-peep to
Osteria Marco. They have a good selection of dishes, ranging from creative paninis to ante pastas to complex entrees. But mainly I wanted her to try their house-made cheese. It is served chilled and is a mild, slightly salty flavor that will basically turn your world upside down and ruin you for any other kind of cheese ever.
