My Kind of DIY

It is like full-on rainy and chilly here these days.  I am in Heaven.

Because I know you've been wondering, Lucyfer is still up to her usual antics, ignoring us except for the occasional scowl:

I have so many blog posts (for once!) floating around in my head and now suddenly work has decided to like, involve me in projects and stuff.  Such a buzzkill AND it interferes with my social life.  Yes, you read that right.  For an introvert, a blog is part of a social paradigm.  Just go with it.  It's true.

Anyhoo, been reading lots of books and still have more vacay deets to share if I can ever get my head above water.

On to my main point...

A few years ago, Gama was downsizing and I "inherited" this table that has been passed down for a couple of generations now.  It's nothing valuable or special, but I love the shape of it, and the entire top part of it spins around like a Lazy Susan.

We have kept it around for a few moves, shifting it from room to room.  Now it is part of a very visible library, and I wanted to do something to jazz it up and add some color to the room.

Cue the spray paint!

After

Easy Cheesy, although it looks like I slaughtered a pig in the garage.  This is my kind of DIY project.
