A Random Dose of Ridiculous

Sometimes, these things are delivered to me on a silver platter.

Bravo TV is about to air the third season of The People's Couch, a TV show about people...watching TV.

...

No, I'm not making this up. I really wish I was, but I'm not. It is a TV show about people who watch, react to, and discuss TV shows--some of which are on the Bravo channel, which is mostly reality TV filled with vapid, vacuous rich people who spend every episode whining about their made up problems, so I'm not really sure what there would be to discuss anyway.

Now, in some cases, the whole "camera-on-the-audience" gag is funny, like night-vision cameras in the movie theater during a horror movie. But that's only funny for about 10 seconds, not multiple one-hour episodes.

I'm not sure which is more ridiculous (or horrifying)--the fact that there is a show about people who watch TV, or the fact that it's about to go into its third season.

I weep for humanity.
